📣 2. Ordering and payment methods

+ Pre-Order (Pre-ordered goods)

For pre-ordered goods, the delivery time will be 7-10 days, if there is enough stock available, the shop will notify you to flexibly deliver from 3-5 days.

– Pre-ordered goods will be given 1 extra button of the SAME TYPE to choose a profile when buying a 2-button combo. (Depending on the program and time, everyone should talk to the customer service department before booking)
– Pre-orders will require 100% payment via Bank Account or Momo

+ COD (Payment on receipt of goods)

– Delivery time will be from 1-2 days in TP. Ho Chi Minh City and 3-5 days in other areas.
– COD goods will collect another 25k ship in all areas nationwide
– When buying from 2 combos equivalent to 4 keycap buttons or more will get Freeship.

📣 3. Methods of returning defective goods

Handmade products cannot avoid more or less errors, the shop will return all defective products when delivered to customers and resend completely new products (1 for 1 exchange) with the following situations:

– The product has a stem leg error, does not fit or is distorted on the keyboard.
– The product is badly scratched due to transportation or packaging (Slight scratches on the product, the shop can guide customers to re-polished it at home)
– Wrong or wrong model delivered when ordering.

4. Custom products according to customers’ wishes

There are many customers who love the shop’s model and want to customize it according to their favorite color or design, the shop will still accept the production of custom keycaps with a few requirements:

– Please message the shop’s customer service to discuss in advance the idea you want so that the shop can determine whether it can be produced or not.
– The minimum quantity requirement is over 4 combos equivalent to 8 keycap buttons (Because of the large number, you can order them together with friends or mechanical key players like Group Buy).
– Research and production time will be from 2-3 days, for the product to arrive it will need 7-12 days.
